One thing I love about Catherine’s program is that she doesn’t preach about rules of healthy eating, exercising and things like that… if I commit to one healthy change, it will have an effect on the total me, the total including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Catherine says to play at improving wellness; it shouldn’t feel like a punishment or like deprivation.
